Riyadh Marathon Training Sessions
Riyadh marathon training session, one step at a time until the finish line! Register for the training session of the upcoming week depending on your level and target distance: Monday evenings for short distances. We also have a dedicated session for ladies across all levels. Wednesday evenings for half-marathon participants, and Friday mornings for full-marathon participants. See the details for timings & locations, and remember to stay hydrated!
Week 7:
Monday Feb. 14 (Females All Levels)
Time: 8 pm
Location: Wadi Hanifa Park
Training Plan:
Jog 5 mins
3x20 sec strides
2x20 sec of each drill and dynamic stretches
5 min steady, 1 min hard, 3 min easy
4 min steady, 2 min hard, 2 min easy
3 min steady, 3 min hard, 1 min easy
5 min steady
* Health and safety protocols mandated by the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Interior will be implemented.
* By taking part in this program, I grant the organizers full rights to use the images resulting from the photography/videography, and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for publicity or other purposes to help achieve the organization objectives
