About Event

Riyadh marathon training session, one step at a time until the finish line! Register for the training session of the upcoming week depending on your level and target distance: Monday evenings for a short distance, Wednesday evenings for half-marathon participants, and Friday mornings for full-marathon participants. See the details for timings & locations, and remember to stay hydrated!

Training Plan:
Intervals
Warm-up for 30 minutes 4x3 min at moderate intensity
Recovery = 2 minutes slow jog
Cooldown 10 minutes

* Health and safety protocols mandated by the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Interior will be implemented.
* By taking part in this program, I grant the organizers full rights to use the images resulting from the photography/videography, and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for publicity or other purposes to help achieve the organization objectives
